Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Domestic (Spain): 2-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International (including US): 7-15 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Horus Dreams is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
